101 Bingo Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

By using 101 Bingo's website and related services, you are considered to have agreed to every clause of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 101 Bingo's services.

This document constitutes a legal agreement between you and 101 Bingo. It applies in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account on 101 Bingo, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and up to date. Submitting incorrect or false information is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.
• 101 Bingo cannot be accessed from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

101 Bingo takes a strict stance against underage gaming. No one under the age of 18 may open an account or place bets on 101 Bingo.

Age verification is carried out during the KYC process. If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit on 101 Bingo:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are solely for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform.
• Using 101 Bingo for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
• 101 Bingo reserves the right to investigate any suspicious deposit and place a hold on it if necessary.

The following rules apply to withdrawals after a win:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — upload your National ID and a selfie.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• Bkash and Nagad transactions are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• For unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests, 101 Bingo may take up to 7 business days to complete verification.

101 Bingo regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are displayed at the time of activation. The general rules are:

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new registered members only.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering multiplier (e.g. 5x, 10x or 15x) that must be met before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• You cannot have two active bonuses running at the same time.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Winnings from free bets are credited to your bonus balance, not directly as cash.
• 101 Bingo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 101 Bingo:

• Once you click the "Confirm" button, a bet cannot be cancelled. If a Cash Out option is available, you may use it.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, 101 Bingo will refund the original stake of the bet.
• If an error is found in the odds, 101 Bingo reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• For bets placed on events suspected of match-fixing or manipulation, 101 Bingo reserves the right to make decisions at its own discretion.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 101 Bingo:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Verifying an account using false information.
• Using the 101 Bingo platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — that is, creating unusual betting patterns for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Placing bets automatically using any software or bot.

Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

101 Bingo reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• To close your account at your own request, please contact support.

101 Bingo will make every effort to notify you before closing your account. However, in cases of rule violations, your account may be closed without prior notice.

101 Bingo is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets or delayed transactions due to internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account arising from your own actions.
• Issues caused by third-party systems or networks.
• Service disruption caused by unexpected technical errors.

However, if a loss occurs due to our own error, 101 Bingo will make reasonable efforts to provide fair compensation. A decision will be made following an investigation after the issue is reported to support.

101 Bingo takes your personal information seriously. Details provided during registration are used solely for service delivery. Your information is never sold to any third party.

101 Bingo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number or through an app notification.
